What You’ll Do Write and optimize UX/web copy for product launches, landing pages, and digital experiences—ensuring clarity, engagement, and conversion. Develop content for direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns, including email and direct mail, aligned with the buyer journey and business goals. Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and compliance teams to create cohesive, user-friendly experiences across channels. Implement A/B testing for web, email, and direct mail content to identify high-performing messaging, CTAs, and layouts. Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable, and persuasive content for web and marketing channels. Stay current on content marketing best practices, consumer behavior, and financial industry trends to maintain competitive positioning.
