Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Proficiency with content management and marketing tools; experience with HubSpot and Figma is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, content marketing trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and make data-driven content decisions.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and task management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and gated content.
  • Research, plan, and create marketing materials that align with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, sales, and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards in all content deliverables.
  • Address project challenges proactively and implement solutions to keep campaigns on track.
