As Marketing Strategist / Content Creator, you will own the marketing vision and execute it. You’ll shape the brand narrative, architect campaigns, and build a scalable content engine—while also rolling up your sleeves to write, film, edit, publish, and optimize. You will be both the strategist and the doer. This role is ideal for someone who thinks in growth funnels and brand positioning, understands customer psychology, can translate vision into campaigns and is just as comfortable behind camera or writing a caption as they are mapping quarterly strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, or a similar role
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect big-picture vision to daily execution
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable creating and editing photo and video content
  • Proficient in social media management, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics tools
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed and highly accountable
  • Energized by building something, not just maintaining it
  • Aligned with a value-driven, faith-centered company culture

  • Bonus if you have experience in real estate, homebuilding, or direct-to-consumer brands

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Clarify and refine brand messaging, voice, and positioning
  • Build and manage the content calendar across all channels
  • Create campaign strategies tied to community launches, model home openings, and company initiatives
  • Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and owned-channel growth strategies
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data
  • Write compelling content for website pages, email campaigns, landing pages. social media, ads and print materials
  • Capture and produce visual content (photo and video) of homes, homeowners, team members, and community highlights.
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content
  • Manage and grow social media channels
  • Oversee and optimize email marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with external vendors when needed (photography, media buying, design)
  • Strengthen and expand our direct-to-consumer marketing engine
  • Develop campaigns that drive qualified traffic and conversions
  • Improve lead nurturing systems and messaging
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing with buyer journey insights
  • Monitor ROI across marketing channels
