About The Position

True Classic is hiring a Contract Content Creator to lead the development of performance-driven paid and organic creative across social platforms. In this role you will concept, design, and produce scroll-stopping ads and content to drive engagement, improve creative performance, and support revenue growth across key eCommerce channels. All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.

Requirements

  • Background or strong interest in graphic design, digital media, or content creation.
  • Strong visual instincts and understanding of social-first creative.
  • Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and iterating based on feedback.
  • Passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with real audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Meta, or YouTube.
  • On-camera comfort and experience hosting or participating in live content.
  • Exposure to performance marketing or eCommerce brands.
  • Understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, design, and produce engaging ads and creative assets (graphics, short-form video, motion, etc.) for paid and organic channels including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop multiple creative variations to support testing and performance optimization.
  • Brainstorm and pitch new creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen storytelling.
  • Translate product features and brand messaging into compelling, audience-first content.
  • Collaborate on structured creative testing initiatives to improve CTR, CVR, and overall ad performance.
  • Iterate on concepts based on performance data, feedback, and platform best practices.
  • Run TikTok Live events and confidently represent the brand on camera.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, cultural moments, and creator-style content to keep creative fresh and relevant.
  • Partner to align creative output with campaign strategy, testing roadmaps, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate on brand alignment, design direction, and asset production standards.
  • Support campaign launches, promotions, and product storytelling initiatives.
  • Ensure creative aligns with on-site messaging and conversion goals.
  • Contribute to global, omni-channel initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
