We are seeking a highly organized and creative Content & Event Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and distribute compelling digital content while executing strategic events that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and business outcomes. This role blends editorial excellence with event coordination to deliver cohesive, impactful campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years marketing experience
  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or Public Relations
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), Adobe Suite, social scheduling tools, and analytics
  • Strong writing/editing skills
  • Event planning experience (virtual and in-person)
  • Excellent project and time management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop editorial calendars aligned to campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Identify target audiences and messaging pillars
  • Align content with brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Write and edit blog posts, articles, email campaigns, and website copy
  • Develop social media content (organic + paid support)
  • Coordinate visual assets (photography, video, graphics)
  • Repurpose long-form content into social, email, and event materials
  • Apply SEO best practices
  • Develop and manage content calendars
  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
  • Analyze performance and optimize content formats
  • Support campaign amplification for events
  • Coordinate logistics (venue, vendors, materials, registration)
  • Develop promotional content and email campaigns
  • Align messaging with broader marketing campaigns
  • Manage timelines and budgets
  • Oversee setup and brand presentation
  • Capture content (photos, video, testimonials)
  • Support on-site engagement and coordination
  • Execute follow-up communications
  • Repurpose event content into blogs, social posts, recaps
  • Measure event ROI (attendance, leads, pipeline influence)
  • Track engagement metrics (traffic, time on page, conversions, CTR)
  • Adjust strategy based on performance data
