Position Overview: The Content & Digital Marketing Specialist creates and manages content across multiple brands in the building sciences, health, wellness, and nonprofit spaces. This role focuses on writing for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and using performance insights to help our brands connect with the people they serve. Requirements

  • Personable.

  • Highly Organized and detail oriented.
  • Clear and Concise communication to diverse audiences.
  • 2–5 years of experience creating digital content (social, blog, web, email).
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience using analytics or performance data to improve content or campaigns.
  • CMS publishing experience (WordPress or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Google Ad Grants (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish content across social media, blogs, websites, and email.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences, including technical and non-technical readers.
  • Translate engineering and subject-matter input into clear, accurate marketing content.
  • Build email campaigns and support basic segmentation and automation.
  • Create briefs and specs for designers and web developers.
  • Support landing pages, updates, and quality control.
  • Review performance data and recommend improvements across channels.
