About The Position

Serves as a key content developer and storyteller. This position should bring strong creative skills and experience to the concepting, design, and production of a broad range of marketing, communications, advertising, and sales projects. Role will partner with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, deliver educational content on banking industry issues, and support internal communications.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Video Production or related field of study required.
• Two to five years as a marketing or advertising professional.
• Hands-on experience in a broad range of creative channels including but not limited to print, video, digital, social media and email.

Nice To Haves

• Financial services industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Managers in the development of detailed multi-media marketing plans or client outreach activities to drive goals and objectives, including participating in strategic planning session and/or LOB team leadership meetings as needed.
• Create marketing materials or client communications, including graphic design, video production, light copy writing and other communication tactics, to support campaigns or outreach.
• Perform regular reviews of existing content to ensure compliance with the brand message as well as accuracy, timeliness, and relevance, includes engaging additional Marketing team members as needed to assist.
• Monitor competitor’s marketing, advertising and brand strategy and content to stay current on marketing initiatives in the industry.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to managers.
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, web developers and marketing specialists.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
