About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Content & Community Manager to lead and nurture vibrant membership communities focused on personal growth and transformation. This role blends content creation, digital media production, and live virtual event facilitation to deliver meaningful, spiritually resonant experiences. You will collaborate closely with thought leaders to craft engaging content, support member onboarding and retention, and manage the day-to-day operations of online communities. The position provides the opportunity to shape transformative digital experiences, foster deep connections, and guide the development of content that inspires and educates. This role is remote and offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital content creation or production (e-learning, wellness, publishing, or community programs).
  • 2+ years managing online communities and facilitating live virtual events.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills with a spiritually attuned voice.
  • Experience scripting meditations or spiritual content preferred.
  • Proficiency with membership platforms (e.g., Kajabi), Zoom facilitation, and Facebook Group administration.
  • Familiarity with light audio/video production and collaboration with editors.
  • Skilled in content design tools, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
  • Experience using AI tools to support content ideation while maintaining brand voice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Portfolio demonstrating at least two relevant content or community projects required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, moderating online groups and fostering positive member interactions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan content, including scripting lessons and meditations, coordinating audio/video production, and overseeing asset delivery.
  • Plan, facilitate, and manage live virtual events, including calendar creation, email sequences, and replay distribution.
  • Maintain membership platforms with updated schedules, guides, videos, and supporting content.
  • Create and execute member engagement strategies, including onboarding, retention, and peer interaction programs.
  • Write, schedule, and distribute all member communications, including emails and content announcements.
  • Support community growth initiatives and provide feedback to enhance user experiences.
