Reporting to the Head of Marketing for the Lending Business Unit, the Content & Channels Marketing lead will be responsible for developing positioning, messaging and thought leadership for our Lending products – covering retail and corporate lending, with a primary focus on retail lending. They will also lead the promotion of the developed content via in-house channels (email, social, web). In this role, you will work with Sales, Product Management and the wider Marketing organization to translate our lending offering into a value proposition and message – to support brand recognition and ultimately drive demand generation and pipeline growth. You will need a deep understanding of current trends and challenges faced by financial institutions and community banks as it relates to lending products, as well as an understanding of software and product launch processes.
