About The Position

As a Content Automation Specialist (Prompt Engineer, Copywriting), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Utilizing AI and automation tools to craft compelling, high-performing copy that drives engagement and conversion across digital platforms in the B2B space. Playing a critical role in developing value propositions, product narratives, and optimizing content for search visibility (GEO+SEO) for B2B and industrial/manufacturing/technology markets. Leveraging generative AI to enhance efficiency and creativity, while maintaining a strategic approach to technical product details, industrial/B2B consumer mindsets, and product value storytelling.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in a marketing or creative field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in a product-focused role, in a private, public, government or military environment
  • One (1) year of professional, demonstrable experience with AI/ML/Automation tools in copywriting and content production, with clear understanding of the AI/ML process and tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical product writing experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience for various applications, with a preference for B2B, and industrial, manufacturing, or related markets.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce and GEO/SEO-optimized content that tells the value story of products across digital and marketplace channels.
  • Experience with content management systems and workflows for research, creation, storage, management, and syndication.
  • Strong project management and organization-prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting deadlines with agility, precision, and flexibility.
  • A mindset to employ continuous learning in AI/ML and LLM search; using generative AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance quality and productivity of work cycles and output.
