As an AI Prompt Engineer Intern , you will design, test, and optimize AI prompts that power our sales enablement tools. You will also play a key role in communicating and presenting AI findings to business stakeholders, ensuring insights are actionable and clearly understood.

Requirements

Current Graduate student with AI experience or field of study is preferred; currently pursuing an undergraduate degree is required
Experience with prompt engineering for LLMS (e.g., Copilot, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps)
Familiarity with sales analytics, market research, or business intelligence tools
Strong understanding of data integrity principles: data validation, error handling, and quality assurance
Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Ability to convey complex AI findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Must be eligible to work in the US with no Sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Understanding of B2B sales, territory management, and global market analysis is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality prompts for AI models supporting: Strategic Selling Assistant (training modules, assessments, analytics, field support) Territory Analysis (market gap identification, sales activity suggestions, action planning, prospect location) New Business Discovery (lead generation, news/notification tracking, transactional alerts) Global Market Analysis (distributor landscape, market sizing, competitive and regulatory analysis)
Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure prompt outputs are accurate, relevant, and actionable.
Implement and monitor data integrity checks to validate AI-generated recommendations and insights.
Collate and present AI data findings, deliver presentations and lead discussions with stakeholders; effectively communicate technical findings into actionable recommendations
Continuously test and optimize prompts for clarity, bias reduction, and performance
Document prompt logic, data sources, and validation processes for transparency and compliance
