About The Position

We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for members and plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the organization’s reputation. You will assist members with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products and services that meet their needs.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience in financial services (banking or insurance; not mortgage-heavy roles).
Comfortable with sales and upselling products/services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems.
Stable work history (minimum 1.5 years at each position).

Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of contact for members, aiming for first-call resolution.
Deliver outstanding service aligned with organizational service promises.
Meet established sales and service goals.
Explain and recommend credit union products and services.
Provide account information, assist with online banking registration, and guide members through digital tools.
Handle a variety of calls, including fraud cases, product referrals, and general inquiries.
Process financial transactions such as loan payments, transfers, and check withdrawals.
Facilitate wire transfers, payroll allocations, and provide rate information.
