What You’ll Do: As a Contact Center Representative, you will support our members through basic transactions, troubleshooting and maintenance while delivering excellent member service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance for products and services, promoting the improvement of our members’ lives through financial well-being. The Details: Location: Administrative Building, Lacey, WA Pay Range: The range for an Contact Center Representative I is $19.35 to $29.03 per hour with a target range of $19.35-$24.19 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. The range for an Contact Center Representative II is $22.12 to $33.18 per hour with a target range of $22.12-$27.65 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Spanish speakers can earn a monthly $250 incentive.
