About The Position

O Bee Credit Union is hiring a Contact Center Representative I/II to join our amazing team at our Administrative Building. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission, our members, and our one-of-a-kind company culture. What You’ll Do: As a Contact Center Representative, you will support our members through basic transactions, troubleshooting and maintenance while delivering excellent member service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance for products and services, promoting the improvement of our members’ lives through financial well-being. The Details: Location: Administrative Building, Lacey, WA Pay Range: The range for an Contact Center Representative I is $19.35 to $29.03 per hour with a target range of $19.35-$24.19 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. The range for an Contact Center Representative II is $22.12 to $33.18 per hour with a target range of $22.12-$27.65 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Spanish speakers can earn a monthly $250 incentive. Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have at least one year of customer service experience.
  • Must have at least one year of cash handling experience.
  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer software products.

Responsibilities

  • Take member calls and assist with account requests.
  • Provide transactional and general troubleshooting assistance.
  • Assist with online banking concerns, issues, and questions.
  • Educate members on products and services.
  • Help members gain financial confidence and build trusting relationships.
  • Report to work on time and follow the O Bee Credit Union guidelines for attendance.
  • Provide prompt, quality assistance and support service level goals for the department.
  • Stay current with operational changes and all required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
