United Community is looking for a Contact Center Dispute Specialist to provide specialized customer support in processing ACH, debit card POS fraud, and non-UC ATM disputes. Act as a subject matter expert to identify and escalate potential fraud trends, assisting other departments in implementing proactive measures. Deliver exceptional First Call Resolution service while managing risk for the bank and the customer across multiple contact channels. This position is available in Blairsville, GA or Laurens, SC.
