The Continuous Improvement Lead Consultant leads organization level strategy and implementation of CI competencies from a position of technical expertise and project management. Provides skills development for team members, leaders and stakeholders. Specific CI competency is identified by organizational demand and matched to Lead Consultant expertise (examples include: Data & Statistical Analysis, KT Problem Solving & Decision Analysis, Cause Mapping, 3P, Queuing Theory / Simulations (using software tools), Project / Program / Portfolio Management, Change Management, Training techniques).
