The Consumer Servicing Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the accurate input, maintenance, and quality control of consumer loans within the Bank’s servicing system. This role plays a key part in ensuring loan information is processed correctly, complies with all regulatory and internal guidelines, and meets departmental service level agreements. Through formal training and on-the-job learning, the Specialist develops foundational knowledge of consumer loan products, documentation, and servicing processes. Over time, the individual builds the skills and confidence needed to perform assigned tasks independently while contributing to a positive client and internal partner experience.
