About The Position

Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the Loan Administration Department activities. Generally, this position promotes teamwork, provides efficient operations, strong communication, and prompt dispute resolution within the departments. Role and Responsibilities: Reconcile loan product sales to ensure the appropriate balancing of loan products across the credit union's portfolio Manage and develop loan administration staff, providing training and guidance as needed Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other departments, including operations, compliance, and finance Provide reports and data analysis to senior management on loan administration performance and trends Provide proper training and use of the systems on ongoing basis. Analyze loan portfolio trends, identify opportunities for growth and mitigate risks associated with portfolio management. Monitor loan portfolio and ensure quality of loan underwriting meets credit union standards Mortgage assistance for data entry, file document accuracy, document review, escrow maintenance and member assistance. Other duties may be assigned to include the Commercial loan department, as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of related experience
  • Well organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Well organized and attentive to detail.
  • Good communication and public relations skills.
  • Ability to cooperate with and assist others.
  • Solid math and bookkeeping abilities.
  • Familiarity with loan promotions and marketing practice.
  • Candidates being considered for employment with Resource One must successfully complete a credit check, background check and drug screen.
