About The Position

If so, our ultra-filtered milk company is looking for you to join our dynamic team! About the Role Ready to dive deep into the minds of consumers and shape the future of a beloved brand? As our Consumer Insights Sr. Manager, you'll be the strategic partner for our Core Power brand, working hand-in-hand with Brand Marketing and Category Commercial teams. Your mission? To deliver actionable insights that fuel growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading custom qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Demonstrated experience with POS and consumer panel data (e.g. Nielsen/IRI, Numerator) is highly preferred.
  • Experience leveraging various data sources like Nielsen POS, Panel data, Mintel, Kantar, etc. (Primary research examples: Brand health tracker (ongoing); Creative testing, focus groups, flavor TURF, segmentation analyses, distinctive assets, pricing, MMM)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a knack for influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels.

  • A strong preference for experience within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • A strong preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Chicago for a hybrid work arrangement (2 days/week in office, with flexibility).

Responsibilities

  • Lead Custom Research: Design and execute impactful qualitative and quantitative research projects, including focus groups, product testing, and creative evaluations.
  • Support Brand Health: Partner with vendors to maintain and enhance ongoing brand health tracking initiatives.
  • Drive Strategic Planning: Contribute to 2026 planning by facilitating learning agenda discussions and budget considerations.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the end-to-end Core Power team to embed insights into every aspect of the brand.
  • Analyze and Synthesize: Leverage your expertise in POS and consumer panel data (Nielsen/IRI, Numerator) to uncover critical trends and opportunities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Translate complex data into clear, concise, and persuasive insights through exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
