The Consumer Insights Manager will join a growing and collaborative team leading key work to help drive growth across the TJX portfolio of brands. The manager will be responsible for leading and influencing custom consumer research (including creative testing, ethnographic understanding, merchandising trends, category drivers and barriers, etc.) and owning a key internal research panel capability. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytics and insight generation, business acumen, and ability to distill complex data into a simple story. They will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders, including Marketing, Merchandising, Senior Leaders, other global Insights Leaders, as well as our external research partners.
