CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN) The hours for this position are 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. and may be required to work overtime during a crisis. This position will focus on responding to consumer inquiries via phone, website, email and chat. Responds to consumer contacts, (800# calls, letters, chat and e-mails) to help maintain consumer brand loyalty by providing consumer satisfaction through knowledgeable, appropriate and timely response. Act as a company spokesperson by professionally responding to a variety of consumer questions about specific products, to include all advertising and promotions associated with each product. Will be trained on all product lines and our specific software application. Mains reference information for specific products. Will have the opportunity to cross-sell for all Hormel Foods brands and subsidiaries. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $20.25-$28.50 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
