Position Purpose: Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance engagement with prospective and existing members through data driven insights that support business objectives. Monitors consumer and competitor trends to inform engagement strategies, messaging, and communication efforts. Collaborates within a team environment, requiring strong self-motivation, initiative, and cross functional partnership to support strategic goals. Collects, analyzes, and interprets consumer data to identify insights, trends, and engagement opportunities. Translates data findings into clear, actionable recommendations to support consumer engagement and communication strategies. Monitors and evaluates competitor activity, including messaging, positioning, and channel utilization. Assesses communication performance and market trends to identify shifts, risks, and opportunities. Tracks and evaluates progress against established business objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business/Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years experience in product marketing, campaign management and/or execution of go-to market strategy required

Nice To Haves

  • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, Google Analytics or similar reporting & analytics preferred
