About the role As a Consumer & Business Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the generation of impactful consumer intelligence to shape brand strategy and unlock growth for Haleon.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of Experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Social intelligence or related field which demonstrates growth, learning and accomplishment (including internships, summer jobs, and others).
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with research and analytic platforms (such as Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, Suzy, Quantilope, Discuss.io and PowerBI).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing information and business priorities.
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable working across different functions and geographies.

  • Passion for cultural and social trends and an aptitude for determining implications for consumer behavior.

  • A breadth of interest which helps inform understanding of the economy, shopper, retailers and competition.

Responsibilities

  • Research Support: Assist in coordinating qualitative and quantitative research projects with consumers or experts, including preparing briefs, managing timelines, and interacting with agencies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and support the synthesis of multiple sources of data to support brand and category decisions.
  • Support Foresight Agenda: Use AI, social listening tools and trend insights to track and report on notable shifts in consumer needs, category behavior and cultural conversations.
  • Insights Activation: Help transform intelligence into clear, concise presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Learning Plan Execution: Support the implementation of learning plans aligned with business priorities to drive growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making.
