About The Position

The Consulting Services Account Specialist 3 exercises sound judgment and works independently with minimal instruction to lead services sales efforts in their assigned accounts. The role develops solutions aligned to customer outcomes, coordinates with delivery and sales teams, and resolves moderately complex service sales issues within their scope of responsibility. Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws. Responsibilities

  • Own the full services sales lifecycle, from identification to proposal to close
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (executive and technical) within assigned accounts
  • Lead development and presentation of proposals aligned to customer business outcomes across training, consulting and TAM
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to scope and align solutions with capability
  • Maintain and forecast pipeline accurately in RHSC, Anaplan, or designated tools
  • Identify follow-on business opportunities post-delivery to grow account value
