About The Position

At Liberty, our Personal Lines Auto Product team partners across the company to build and roll out auto insurance solutions that keep pace with what customers and agents need. We focus exclusively on auto, bringing deep expertise, data and analytics to deliver strong state-by-state results while modernizing how we price policies and the technology that supports them. Organized around four core areas—Delivery & Development, Underwriting Effectiveness, State Management, and Mobility Solutions, we work collaboratively to live our purpose: helping people embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow. Help us bring next-generation Specialty Auto pricing program to market with speed and precision. As a Sr. Analyst or Consultant in Auto Program Delivery & Enhancements, you’ll own the rollout playbook and lead end to end delivery of our new Specialty Auto rating programs within our OneAuto product. You’ll partner with Frontier teams, Specialty, Data Science, Technology, and other key stakeholders to standardize delivery, remove roadblocks, and scale launches Countrywide with traceability and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years.
  • Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree beneficial.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).

Responsibilities

  • Create the rollout playbook: Build the Specialty Auto rollout operating model to ensure fast, repeatable, and accurate launches across all states.
  • Translate requirements into action: In partnership with core Frontier teams, convert complex program requirements into deployment ready blue prints; drive decisions and clear blockers with cross-functional partners.
  • Build the foundation: Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and automations to streamline Specialty Auto delivery
  • Measure what matters: Establish measurable objectives and key results across our value stream (i.e. cycle time, error rate, rework, post-launch stability); stand up reporting and drive continuous improvement.
  • Become a SME: Be the go-to expert on Specialty Auto program mechanics and delivery processes; coach others and raise the bar for execution.
  • Infuse the power of new tech: Integrate Earnix, Jama, and Jira into day-to-day workflows to boost speed-to-market, traceability, and quality.
  • Own end-to-end execution: Lead several state launches for Specialty Auto Frontier driving measurable value to the Auto organization.
