Within Organizational Change Management (OCM), we guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption for critical Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft 365 transformation s. Requirements

Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm.
Minimum 3- 5 years in client-facing change management roles, with prior experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives.
Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies.
Comfortable navigating complex , matrixed environments and working across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impact s .
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
Flexible, analytical, AI literate, and effective in dynamic client environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Willingness to travel within North America (up to 75%).

Bachelor’s degree ; advanced degree or MBA preferred
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Pros ci )
Certification in D365 fundamentals (ERP)
Certifications in M365 Copilot a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs and ERP transformation programs with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement , communication planning and change impact assessments across diverse organizational levels.
Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption.
Define and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change strategy, business goals, and technical delivery.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long-term transformation.
Coach client team members in change management best practices.
Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design.
Navigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs.
