About The Position

Provides subject matter expertise and leadership for Molina enterprise employee learning, development and performance activities. Assesses organizational performance gaps related to employee development, training, and performance, and provides strategic advisement on potential solutions, which may include learning and development interventions. Ensures that recommendations align with business objectives, enhance employee performance, and drive operational outcomes. Ensures training is targeted, measurable, and directly addresses workplace challenges to support key business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or learning performance consulting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles.
  • Experience using content authoring tools and learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, LMS platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work cross-collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or performance consulting (e.g. Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates the impact of enterprise employee learning/development/training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provides feedback and recommendations for continued employee learning/development/training improvements, (e.g., formal and informal training methods, departmental communication or coaching).
  • Assists in the design, development, and delivery engaging learning solutions, including self-paced and instructor-led training.
  • Conducts interviews and other data gathering methods to validate root-cause of employee behavior and/or performance issues.
  • Partners with stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives.
  • Facilitates training sessions and workshops to enhance employee capabilities.
