Your Opportunity with ECG: Consultant As a consultant at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our consulting team, working alongside the top professionals in the industry to come up with solutions that shape healthcare. Requirements

Passion for the healthcare industry
Master’s degree in business administration and/or master’s degree in a health-related field preferred
Prior work experience in healthcare consulting and/or hospital administration/operations
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills
Track record of strong client service
Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Ability to travel at least 60% of the time, with flexibility to meet client needs

Responsibilities

Analyzing and synthesizing data to inform client recommendations.
Using financial modeling to conduct in-depth analyses and recommend executable strategies.
Drafting project analyses and deliverables.
Communicating project progress and seeking input.
Developing depth of technical expertise.
Working closely with multiple project teams and ECG senior consulting leaders.
Taking responsibility for project outcomes.
Communicating effectively with management and executive-level client staff.
Identifying opportunities to engage clients on future projects.
Learning about ECG’s breadth of solutions and identifying those that reflect personal and professional interests.
Participating in peer and junior staff knowledge development and career advancement.
Demonstrating the ability to excel at consulting while balancing work and personal life.
Acting as an ECG ambassador within personal, professional, and alumni networks.
