The individual will join the Workforce Services Desktop Monitoring & Tools team in Enterprise Technology Services, focusing on desktop monitoring solutions and infrastructure analytics. The team supports client machine availability and stability using various technologies across the organization. What you'll do in the role: Integrate and develop automation flow for high volume data injection from various monitoring systems (SysTrack, Splunk, Dashwork, ServiceNow and Morgan Stanley internal groups) with common data sources such as CSV/JSON/XML/MSSQL/RESTAPI. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize databases, DB schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, SQL scripts, inline SQL, user defined functions, ETL processes, reports using Microsoft SQL Server suite including but not limited to SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS. Design and develop data retention processes and review data quality including purging, rotation, and replication. Strong understanding of hardware inventory tracking and change control Create dashboards, KPIs, aggregated and detailed reporting for internal clients using SSRS, PowerBI, and Tableau. Create event driven alerts, reports, dashboard, automated email notifications, and escalations alerts. Create User reference guide and the data dictionary in Jira and SharePoint. Data Science/Analytics: Work with various teams across the organization to test, analyze, review, and share data for performance. Proficient in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux environments) Design, develop, maintain, and optimize databases, DB schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, SQL scripts, inline SQL, user defined functions, ETL processes, reports using Microsoft SQL Server suite including but not limited to SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS and ensure data integrity
