Requirements

• CDL required within 90 days (Passenger + no air brake restriction)
• Drug and alcohol compliance required

Responsibilities

• Manage all drivers and personnel
• Maintain client relationships
• Ensure service execution and staffing alignment
• Develop training programs
• Enforce safety and accountability
• PM may assume driver responsibilities to protect service levels or budget
