We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Technology Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing the corporate technology stack to support company growth and improve operational efficiency. Marand specializes in serving the healthcare, financial services, commercial / administrative and light-industrial industries. Our ideal candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 3-5 years of experience managing construction software platforms or leading software implementation, ideally within the construction or architecture/engineering industry. The ability to manage multiple software systems, updates, and integrations simultaneously while supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train non-technical users and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, PlanGrid), project reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data security, and compliance standards for construction software systems. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and Lean construction practices, as well as their integration into software workflows.
