Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee exterior construction (i.e., siding, roofing, etc) on multi-family and other commercial building projects from initiation through completion.
Ensuring projects are completed on time, to specifications, and within budget.
Conduct project meetings with clients & subcontractors, developing a strong rapport with each group.
Supervision and oversight of onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and promptly identify, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols.
Coordinate the efforts of subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Implement quality control processes to ensure all roofing work meets industry standards and client specifications.
Address any quality issues that arise during the roofing process and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and correspondence.
Prepare and present regular project update reports and status updates to stakeholders and upper management.
Ensure compliance with all regulations as well as company policies and procedures related to roofing work.
Promote a culture of safety among all team members and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
