About The Position

CDM Smith is seeking a dedicated Construction Engineer to join our Central Florida Construction Services team. In this role, you will support the delivery of major heavy civil water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities, pump stations, and conveyance systems. You will collaborate with construction managers, project engineers, and field staff to ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design, schedule, and quality requirements. This position offers broad exposure to civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, along with opportunities to contribute to commissioning and startup activities for complex water infrastructure facilities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Familiarity with water/wastewater construction, process equipment, or plant systems preferred.
