About The Position

Construction Sales Rep needs 2+ years experience Construction Sales Rep requires: HVAC/construction industry with sales Onsite Knowledge of Building Systems, strong Excellent attendance record Ability to learn quickly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Customer relations, presentations, and sales motivation Strong keyboarding and typing skills Marketing, or technical field preferred Construction Sales Rep duties: Primary point of contact for a Sales Manager Support the complete lifecycle such as participating in development of bids, proposals, contract documents, including but not limited to RFPs/RFIs Read, analyze, and interpret general business documents (terms and conditions, technical procedures). Ensure compliance and consistency with business policy and procedures as it relates to preparing and documenting paperwork

Requirements

• 2+ years experience
• HVAC/construction industry with sales
• Onsite Knowledge of Building Systems, strong
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to learn quickly
• Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Customer relations, presentations, and sales motivation
• Strong keyboarding and typing skills
