We are seeking a full-time Construction and Renovations Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction and renovation projects across our Continuing Care Retirement Community, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and common areas. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, with minimal disruption to residents, staff, and daily operations. Responsibilities include managing contractors, collaborating with internal departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding high construction and safety standards in an occupied senior living environment.
