Requirements

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit documents.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, work both independently and in a team, and apply strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Unanet, Cosential).

Responsibilities

Update and maintain proposal resource materials (project profiles, resumes, photos, company narratives).
Organize and verify the accuracy of personnel and project information.
Manage digital proposal files and databases to ensure content is current and accessible.
Assist in gathering, organizing, and compiling proposal content based on client requirements.
Shadow team members to learn the full proposal process—from initial pursuit to final submission.
Format and proofread proposal documents for consistency and quality.
Edit proposal content for clarity, grammar, and cohesiveness.
Organize technical materials into cohesive, well-structured proposals.
Learn to create proposal graphics, layouts, and templates.
Track industry awards and prequalification submissions.
Support marketing and business development efforts through administrative tasks.
