About The Position

Pristine Home Renovations is a high-performing construction company serving residential and commercial clients across the greater Tallahassee area. We’re known for our sharp attention to detail, elite-level execution, and no-nonsense approach to getting jobs done right. Whether it’s a modern residential addition or a multi-story senior living center, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence — on time and on budget. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, disciplined, and all-in Construction Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front. This role is perfect for a confident, solutions-driven PM who thrives under pressure and is capable of juggling multiple active projects without breaking a sweat. We need someone who’s not just experienced, but composed, client-facing, and energized by a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You’ll report directly to the COO and work closely with the CEO, who will support your onboarding and field-level training.

  • Model a “whatever it takes” mindset and set the pace for the team
