Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
  • 0 – 2 years practical experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Nice To Haves

  • Accounting experience, construction experience or previous real estate support roles for project managers, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects
  • Support assigned projects financially and administratively throughout the project’s lifecycle with a focus on data accuracy and client procurement compliance
  • Review and processing of project budgets, vendor proposals, change orders, and other transactions within financial system
  • Manage administrative, risk management, and financial functions for projects in closeouts
  • Lead data accuracy audits and weekly reporting
  • Attend team, service line, and client calls to support assigned projects and initiatives
  • Route engagement letters and change orders in accordance with contracting guidelines
  • Assist vendor and client with questions and reporting on purchase orders and invoicing
  • Create and lead continuous education training for project managers
  • Maintain internal and client resources like SharePoints, Team Channels, and playbooks
  • Liaison with other services lines (Occupancy Planning, Sourcing, Finance, FM, etc.) for cross-functional PDS operational support
  • Identify best practices, process improvements and opportunities to support project delivery and operations
  • Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
