Construction Project Coordinator
About The Position
RCP Construction is a mid-sized commercial construction company located in El Dorado Hills and building projects in the Greater Sacramento Region and the SF Bay Area. We provide a fast paced, positive work environment and are looking to add another member to the team! We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator provides support to the project management, estimating and accounting teams. This position is designed for a flexible team player who is willing to wear multiple hats and assist in a variety of areas across the office as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple departments while helping maintain an efficient and welcoming office environment.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and support multiple departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience with construction administration, accounting support, estimating support, or project coordination
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
Responsibilities
- Supporting the project management team by creating, maintaining, and controlling construction documents, submittals, and change orders; scheduling site activities; and coordinating with subcontractors and owners
- Utilizing project management software, including Procore, to maintain and track project documentation
- Supporting the estimating team during the bid process by assisting with bid documents, subcontractor communications, and distribution of bid information
- Assisting the accounting team with and data entry and other tasks
- Providing general adminsitrative support as needed
