About The Position

Silverado Contractors is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our team specializing in demolition subcontracting. As a vital part of our operations, you will support project managers and teams in coordinating demolition projects from planning through execution and close-out. Your role will involve managing project documentation, contracts, and communications between stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will play a critical role in keeping projects on track and within budget while fostering a collaborative atmosphere across project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, desired.
  • OR Minimum of 3 years of experience in a developed role in construction project administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Knowledge of demolition processes and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project documentation including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication with subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
  • Support project managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of demolition projects.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Assist in coordinating site meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in cost tracking and reporting.
  • Facilitate document control processes for project-related correspondence and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of project schedules and timelines alongside project managers.
  • Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
