We are seeking a highly qualified professional with experience in construction management services related to the implementation and execution of capital improvement programs. The selected candidate must have demonstrated experience serving as Owners’ Representative on municipal government construction and educational facility construction projects.

Requirements

• The selected candidate will be either a Registered Architect (RA) , a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or a Project Management Professional (PMP); or have 10 years of Program Management Experience
• Must understand the financial aspects of design and construction, budgets, and project controls
• Must be a great communicator and an expert at multitasking

Responsibilities

• The CPM will work directly with the design team, the general contractor, district, local, and state agencies, and will function as the Owner’s Representative/Construction Program Manager throughout the lifecycle of a project, to include the Planning and Initiation Phase, Pre-Construction Phase, Construction Phase, Close-Out Phase, Warranty Phase, and Occupancy/Post Occupancy.

• The salary for this role ranges from $155,000–$175,000 annually , depending on qualifications and experience.
