In this position you will be responsible for utility activation, rental registrations and inspection scheduling, and HOA violations. There is potential for career development. This position will be based in our downtown Dallas offices, with a hybrid work schedule available. The Role: This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of work experience in a related position,
  • Confident and proficient in use of prospect and resident management systems is required
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • A motivated self-starter who can demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting their objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Flexible and able to effectively manage ambiguity and change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage rental registrations and inspections
  • Process utility activations
  • Coordinate and lead utility billing and discrepancies with accounting and property management team
  • Ensure all assets are registered within each respective HOA.
  • Coordinate and schedule violations with maintenance team and vendors
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and exhibit competency in all prospect/resident interactions - over the phone, by email, formal written communications, or in person
  • Meet weekly with Operations Supervisor to review KPIs
  • Communicate with residents timely and professionally for any outstanding violations.
