About The Position

At Polar Field Services (PFS), we support construction and operations in some of the most extreme environments on earth-including work tied to the National Science Foundation Arctic program with Battelle. We're looking for a Construction Operations Manager who owns projects end-to-end-schedule, cost, quality, and team performance. This is not a hands-on role. It's about leading the work, solving problems, and delivering in complex, high-accountability environments. Requirements

• 10+ years construction management experience
• Proven ownership of projects, budgets, and schedules
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contracts
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through closeout
