The Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of all construction projects within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, financial targets, and client expectations. This role provides direct leadership to Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents while driving operational excellence through performance metrics, standardized processes, and disciplined financial management. The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards, Core5 KPIs, and client commitments. This individual will foster a high-performing culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and operational consistency across all branch and field teams.
