Requirements

  • 3+ years of contractor-verified experience in residential construction, ideally in siding and renovation.
  • Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.
  • Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management.
  • Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

  • Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day’s tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries.
  • Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
  • Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.
