As a CMT Technician or Field Inspector, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of construction materials used in the field and lab. Your work will directly impact the integrity of roads, buildings, and public infrastructure.

Requirements

Passion for hands-on work in the field and lab.
2-3+ years of experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Nice To Haves

ACI certification is a plus; ICC and NICET certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Perform field and lab testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and masonry.
Conduct grain size analysis, Atterberg Limits, moisture-density testing, and resistivity testing.
Execute compressive and flexural strength testing of concrete cylinders and beams.
Sample and test fresh concrete for air content, unit weight, and batch plant operations.
Analyze Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) for gradation, theoretical maximum density, and specific gravity.
Support trial mix development and quality control for Portland Cement Concrete.
