About The Position
Role: Oversee the construction and draw process for all residential construction loans currently in progress.
Requirements
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Ten key calculator, typewriter, and keyboard skills.
Responsibilities
- Receives, reviews and funds construction loan draw requests, confirming accuracy and completion of documentation received prior to disbursing funds.
- Works closely with members and their builders, answering questions, fielding requests and providing overall guidance on the construction loan process.
- Maintains accurate and complete records of all construction loans in progress including invoices, lien waivers, and progress inspection reports to ensure project is on track for final financing.
- Reviews initial loan budget for completeness and feasibility and onboards new construction loans to construction management system once closed.
- Processes approved construction loan modifications for extension and/or line of credit increases as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
