Requirements

• Recent experience with construction litigation, and/or NY Labor Law (240/241)

Responsibilities

• Manage own cases day to day with collaboration and availability from Team Leaders.
• Report to clients and carriers
• Appear in Court for conferences and motions
• Comply with discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and file motions.
