The Construction Director provides operational analysis, guidance, subject matter expertise, Training, and follow-up needed to achieve market and company goals. This position ensures accountability to and execution of policies, processes, procedures, and standards for Turns and Renovations. This position provides leadership for construction teams within their defined market area(s) and works with leadership to execute the strategic direction of company goals, initiatives, and processes. The position also ensures that appropriate and consistent business requirements are established and met within the group. The Construction Director will supervise the construction group, set goals, and assist in holding both team members and vendors accountable for results.
