About The Position

Founded over 30 years ago, we are a nationally recognized law firm with 85
attorneys across six offices. We have expanded nationally, enabling us to
provide a full range of services throughout the U.S. with over 15 practice
areas. We are a client-focused law firm that meets the diverse needs of the
insurance industry and has decades of experience providing clients with a myriad
of associated services, including claim and coverage analysis, complex dispute
resolution, and policy drafting.

Play a key role in handling and overseeing Labor Law 200, 240(1), and 241(6)
matters, with a focus on construction accident and catastrophic injury defense. This role offers hands-on experience handling all stages of litigation from
drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances,
conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients.

Requirements

• NY bar
• Recent NY Labor Law experience

Responsibilities

• Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
