This role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to clients, manage high‑stakes disputes, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice.

Requirements

  • NY bar
  • Recent labor & employment experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal corporate and government investigations.
  • Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment‑related claims and agency charges.
  • Defend against wage and hour matters, including collective and class actions.
  • Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
  • Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Assist in collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions.
  • Defend unfair labor practice filings at the NLRB and improper practice charges at PERB.
  • Advise clients on FMLA, ADA, ADEA, NYS Civil Service Law, and religious accommodation requests.
